We are a Burleson crew with a Burleson-sized footprint: the six towns around us where the same black clay does the same damage and a homeowner deserves a crew that knows their street, not a metroplex call rotation. Burleson is home base. Mansfield, Joshua, Alvarado, Cleburne and Crowley are the ring we work every week.

Every town below gets its own page, written for that town honestly: its soil behavior, its housing stock and the failures we actually see there. If you are close to the line and not sure you are in range, call (682) 439-9099 and ask. We would rather stretch the route than leave a house we can fix.
The footprint is deliberate. Six towns is what one crew can know deeply: which subdivisions were graded flat, which streets sit on the deepest clay, which era of building stock fails which way. A metroplex-wide company knows a little about forty towns and sends whoever is free. We know these six, and the person who answers your call can usually picture your street. That local memory shows up in the work: we have piered the house two doors down from yours, we know what its soil did, and your evaluation starts from evidence instead of a script. The other thing the small footprint buys is accountability. Our warranty work, our rechecks and our reputation all live within a fifteen-minute drive of the office, and every homeowner in these towns knows someone we have worked for. A crew that has to face its own work at the grocery store does careful work. It also does honest triage: when a call comes in from the edge of the footprint with readings that say monitor, we say monitor, because we will be the ones driving back out for the recheck. Distance is a cost we carry on purpose. Six towns is the map we can stand behind completely, and we would rather stand behind it than stretch it thin across the whole metroplex and become the kind of rotation we started this company to replace. Every page below is that promise written out town by town.
BurlesonHome base. Blackland clay under all of it, from Old Town pier and beam to the new slab subdivisions out toward Rendon.
MansfieldThe biggest floors in the footprint: two-story brick slabs in the master-planned waves, piered at Mansfield scale.
JoshuaSubdivision slabs along FM 917 and pier and beam country homes on the roads out, septic systems and big oaks included.
AlvaradoOlder stock near the square, additions on shallow footings, and newer slab growth along Highway 67.
CleburneThe county seat's three eras: historic pier and beam, mid-century ranch, and modern slabs toward Lake Pat Cleburne.
CrowleyOne growth wave of slab subdivisions, aging in formation, corners dropping street by street along Crowley Road.Tell us what the house is doing and we will call you back to set the free evaluation. Prefer to talk? Call (682) 439-9099.
